Building Financial Confidence Through Real Education

We started CBC Inestings because we saw too many people making financial decisions based on guesswork rather than understanding. That needed to change.

How We Got Here

Back in 2018, I was sitting in a café in Kielce watching someone my age try to explain their retirement account choices. They couldn't. And honestly, that scared me more than it should have.

Most financial education felt like it was designed to confuse rather than clarify. Dense textbooks written by academics who'd never struggled with a real household budget. Seminars that promised secrets but delivered sales pitches.

So we built something different. Classes that actually explain how money works without the jargon. Courses taught by people who remember what it's like to not understand compound interest or feel overwhelmed by investment options.

We're not here to sell you investment products or complicated strategies you'll never use. We teach the fundamentals that actually matter when you're trying to build a stable financial future.

What Drives Our Teaching

These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. They're the principles that shape every course we create and every student interaction.

Clarity Over Complexity

Financial concepts don't need to be complicated. We break down complex topics into understandable pieces that students can actually apply in their lives.

Practical Application

Theory matters, but only when it connects to real decisions. Every lesson ties back to situations our students face with their actual finances.

Honest Guidance

We don't have products to sell or commissions to earn. Our advice focuses solely on helping students understand their options and make informed choices.

Respectful Pacing

People learn at different speeds. Our courses allow students to progress when they're ready, not when a rigid schedule demands it.

Open Communication

Questions aren't interruptions—they're essential. We create space for students to ask about concepts they don't understand without feeling judged.

Continuous Improvement

We update our materials based on student feedback and changing financial landscapes. What worked in 2020 might need adjustment for 2025.

Meet Our Lead Instructor

Our courses are developed and taught by financial professionals who genuinely enjoy making complex topics accessible to everyday learners.

Artur Nowicki, Lead Financial Education Instructor at CBC Inestings

Artur Nowicki

Lead Financial Education Instructor

Artur spent twelve years working in financial planning before realizing he enjoyed the teaching part more than the sales meetings. He joined us in early 2020 after getting frustrated with how few clients actually understood the advice they were receiving.

He designed most of our core curriculum with one question in mind: "Would my sister understand this?" His sister Magda, who works in graphic design, became our unofficial test audience for every new course module.

Outside of teaching, Artur volunteers with a local community center helping recent graduates understand their first employment contracts and tax obligations. He says those sessions keep him grounded in what people actually struggle with day-to-day.
